CLIMATE AND WEATHER:
The weather in Liverpool is a mixture of rainy, sunny, windy and cloudy days.
Summers are usually warm and sunny, while winters are cold and wet.
SPORT:
Liverpool is also a sporting city.
It´s got a Premier League football team. Liverpool Football Club, its stadium is called Anfield and Everton Football, its stadium is called Goodison Park.
But there are other sporting activities: golf, rugby and horse-racing.
UNIVERSITIES:
It´s got three universities: University of Liverpool, Liverpool John Moores University and Liverpool Hope University.
BUILDING:
The city centre is packed with magnificent buildings and splendid architecture including St. George´s Hall, Liverpool Museum, Walker Art Gallery.

There are two cathedrals- the Anglican Cathedral and Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the king.

A TRIP TO LIVERPOOL
I imagine a trip to see a Reed´s match at Anfield.
I go by car from Gijon to Ranon´s airport, I fly by plane to Liverpool´s airport, It´s called “John Lennon”. It´s located 8 milles from Liverpool city center, then I take a taxi and I am there in 20 minutes .
